BIO

Christophe Laudamiel is a Master Perfumer, scent composer, lecturer, writer, and chemist champion. Born in Clermont-Ferrand, France 1969 and currently lives and works in New York City. He is the founder and master perfumer of DreamAir creative studios, a privately owned company based in New York City with a satellite laboratory in Berlin-Germany. 
In 2019 he was named chief perfumer to BélAir Lab in Tokyo, a perfume composition and technology studio newly managed by Roto Pharmaceuticals. He is also the founder and president of the non-profit organization, Academy of Perfumery and Aromatics.
He is not only one of the most sought-after perfumers working today but he is also an inventor, chemist, artist, educator, and fearless pursuer of his own ideals. He is a passionate explorer of the olfactory universe and all its possibilities. He is fascinated by intellectual challenges, personal growth, academic interests, literature and music. His priority is to create something that people will both use and enjoy (a scent, a product, etc.) which makes his approach to his work entrepreneurial. He believes “Each scent should be considered like a painting, a sculpture or a beautiful short story”.

CONCEPT

Our goal is to introduce new means of communication via scent. This involves both creative fragrance customization and new fragrant applications or technologies.
Custom solutions can be designed for unique sensations for the retail, hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries (movie theaters, opera houses or clubs) and even for the skin.
